Separate Planning meetings will take place as and when required: 

The Clerk will issue a separate summons to Councillors, and they will be displayed on the Parish Notice Board (Please note that during an Election year the dates of the Annual Parish Council meeting will vary)

All Parish Council meetings will have an opportunity at the start for residents to ask questions or make comments on any matter.
